Creator of The Raddest Self Care Course Eva, Marissa (aka Riss) is also the founder of The Cassettes’ 80s Flashmob Dance, based in Byron Bay. She has a BA with triple major in Contemporary Dance, Creative Writing and Visual Art, and a Diploma of Education. She LOOOOVES to facilitate deep and real growth for her amazing students.
Marissa has appeared in The Guardian, Channel 7’s Sunrise TV and ABC TV. She’s created work for QPAC, Brisbane Powerhouse, Judith Wright Centre, HOTA, NORPA and most major venues in Byron Bay.
Marissa loves leading huge groups at her festival workshops such as Woodford Folk Festival, Falls Festival, Seven Sisters Festival, Splendour in the Grass, Mullum Music Festival etc; guiding her Cassette Teachers and 80s Dancers; Choreographing and producing public flashmobs; and coaching her beautiful RAD students as they increasingly rock in their lives!
She’s also a mother of two and loves to garden, bake, catch up with friends, paint, draw and write : )
